Kathmandu: The former Speaker of the Nepal’s Parliament Krishna Bahadur Mahara has resigned and, better late than never, the victim of Mahara’s sex-play too has for the first time approached the Nepal Police wherein she officially has said that she was physically “attempted” for abuse by the former Speaker and that he be penalized for having “tried” to ill-treat her last week.

Though the “abused” lady (name withheld) finally approached the Police demanding justice but question thus could be asked as why the ill-treated lady took almost a week or so to knock the doors of the Police demanding investigation?

Needless to say, her first recorded tape doesn’t match to what she has said later in the second recorded tape.

It could be easily guessed that she have had to change her first recorded version for fear of being tortured to the hilt as her perpetrator was almost a man who could twist the prevailing laws of the land to his political benefits and thus she opted to save her life and face the rest of the consequences. The Party for which he works, can even buy the Nepali courts, it is highly believed. Political men seated in high places claim that Mahara is one of the founding fathers of India sponsored Maoists party in Nepal.

We can easily understand her inner fear and pain.

This party has no connect with Late Chairman Mao Tse Tung of neighboring China.

As the luck would have it, some Western countries like Australia, United Kingdom, Finland, Norway including the UN Nepal’s office issued a joint statement, October 4/19 wherein these sensitive countries demanded that there should be an end to the violence against women and that “cases such as Nirmala Panta and Maya BK demonstrate the challenges victims and their families face in seeking justice. International standards and Nepal’s obligations under international law, as indicated in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, require the Government of Nepal to conduct a prompt, thorough and impartial investigation into allegations”.
This joint statement talks of Nirmala pant and other girls who were raped but the rapists for a variety of political reasons were not brought to the court.

Rumors claim that the rapist of Nirmala Pant is the “near and dear relative” of a high flying minister in PM Oli’s cabinet. But who is the minister? The laymen prefer to remain tight lipped as they fear that they will be stabbed in a broad day light if they happen to reveal the name of the Nirmala Rapist.

Though this joint statement doesn’t refer straight to the fresh sex scandal pertaining to Krishna Bahadur Mahara but the timing of the issuance of this serious concern by these countries does tell that they felt it opportune moment to sound the government of Nepal that since the violence against women were on an increase and that none of the victims of the rape cases were awarded justice so far and that the fresh scandal may not vanish in the ethereal medium as it used to be in the past.

Over these years, rate of crimes have gone up.

Perhaps this joint statement acted as a pressure on the government and the lady was encouraged thus to file an “attempted” case of rape against former Speaker KB Mahara.

In effect, it is not only an attempt to rape as the fear stricken lady claims in her petition filed at the police station, but is the full-fledged case of “RAPE” that has been twisted so that the accused Mahara if tried by the competent court of law then the penalty gets halved which is in this case Mahara being sent to imprisonment for only seven years.

Had she filed a case of RAPE then the penal action from the court would have gone up by seven years more that means for a total of 14 years in Jail, so opine Advocates like Swagat Nepal and Dinesh Tripathi.

The two law practitioners while talking to a media group yesterday opined that concealed attempts are being made by the Communist government to save Krishna Bahadur Mahara from penal actions.

Men in the Kathmandu’s political circuit say that since the Government is of the Communists and the criminal (?) too a top communist political stalwart and thus he had got to be saved tricks are being developed in order to save the wrong doer that is KB Mahara.

The culprit KB Mahara is a known political persona who after the advent of this gifted republican order has been a cabinet minister since all along 2006 and has served the nation(?) in a brilliant manner as the fresh scandal amply shows.

Without stretching the sex scam further, let’s think of the Maoists led People’s War wherein hundreds of female Maoists militia had joined the revolution and were fighting against the State by residing in the jungles (the female innocent and underage soldiers) may have been treated while being in the jungles by their male militias and their leaders such as Mahara and many more?

The female soldiers must have been subjected to immense pressure to yield to their leader’s sexual advances. What would happen if they begin talking about their hellish experiences of the past? 

In the meanwhile, the men close to Krishna Bahadur Mahara have begun to claim that it was an International Conspiracy hatched by those who sharply differ with the China’s belt and Road Initiative.

The fact is that KB Mahara is a man close to India simply because he has stayed in Delhi for over a decade during the India engineered people’s war.

He is neither a man close to the American or for that matter the Chinese lobby. He is at best very close to the Indian lobby who once tried to extort some five hundred million rupees from a Chinese businessman at time of the Parliamentary elections.

Nepal’s speaker though pretended well that he was close to the Chinese regime.

This video clip had gone viral wherein Mahara was asking five hundred million rupees to “buy” some elected Parliamentarians.

Whether he got the money from the Chinese businessman or not is still a mystery.

But what is not a mystery is that former Speaker of Nepal’s Parliament is likely to be arrested soon at least to console the friendly nations that Nepal has not become a new North Korea in South Asia.

Unfortunately, the husband and the wife (the lady victim in our case) stand separated no onward. This is really painful. 

A divorced life thus begins for this victim lady. 

A letter duly signed by the lady and her husband has gone viral in the social media which gives the message that “we hereby have decided to live our lives separately”.

Our sympathy still goes to the lady who under the spell of “depression” have had to satisfy to the sexual desire of this high flying political man since, we have been told, two decades plus.
But the main question is: whether the court is able enough to summon a political persona of the stature of Nepal’s former Speaker of the Parliament? We doubt yet.

Lawlessness has become the order of the day in Nepal but yet the champions of democracy all over the globe have kept a stoic silence. The mere joint statement on violence against the women shall not work for long.

The New Korean regime has already taken its roots in Nepal-the satellite of the Indian establishment.

Sums up Professor Surendra K. C that Nepal’s Communists are not true communists or else how could these communists have allowed the free “entrance” of some thirty eight kilograms of Gold bar from the Tribhuban International Airport and through other border points?

Perhaps this should explain the primary characters of Nepal’s communists.

President Xi Jinping of China is shortly arriving Nepal to meet these fake communists. Rumors have it that President Xi wants to meet the man who has jolted the entire country-Nepal. That’s all.
