Biratnagar: A near to ‘reverend’ media man and a so called “intellectual-highly nationalist political commentator” met last week with “Raghav Bhatnagar”-the Indian spy agency RAW Chief in Bishalnagar.

The so called “holier than thou” and more Christian than the Vatican Pope Nepali media man, met the RAW chief in Kathmandu and the meet, as reported by a vernacular weekly, lasted for more than two hours or so.

However, the newspaper claims that this “veteran media man” met the RAW chief in Kathmandu in the latter’s private residence in Bishalnagar, but the accused media man forcefully denies the indictment and says that “he has not moved anywhere from his residence on that fateful day”.

The discussions and the debate on this issue continue in the face book since a week or so.

However, the RAW posted men indeed appear disturbed since then.

Undeniably, some informed sources have taken the side of the media who say that “Mr. A met the RAW chief on that day but others from the accused camp vehemently deny claiming that how could a highly nationalist preacher of the sort of Mr. A meet the RAW chief in Kathmandu?

We at this paper do not have any idea about this “mysterious meet” and thus wish to forward no serious comments in this regard, however, what we could say is that “The RAW chief meets in Kathmandu all those Nepali media men who were in its payroll” for several political considerations.

The RAW Chief’s meet with Mr. A last week is not important, however, what is more than significant is that the RAW agent met this Mr. A at his residence simply because the RAW functionary wants to “use” the pen of Mr. in support of the one political figure who has been selected by the Nepali Congress party for the post of the Nepali Presidency.

The second reason could be to highlight the impending visit of the Indian Foreign Secretary Binaya Mohan Quatra in Kathmandu. ( Quatra has already returned from his Nepal visit.). 

Quatra has already stayed in Nepal as His majesty the King sent from India to Nepal.

Most interestingly, when Quatra’s term came to an end, the Nepali leaders serving the Indian union almost wept and stood in his honor.

Those who bode him farewell were the “heroes and builders of new Nepal” elevated by the Indian regime instantly after the overthrow of the Nepali Monarchy in the year 2006.

Indian FS has returned to Delhi upon instructing his “paid” men to act that serves Indian interests.

The aforementioned media man who met the RAW chief last week has a clear India bend and some unofficial sources claim that he and his paper were enjoying hefty fund from the Indian embassy based in Kathmandu since decades and decades.

However, we are not sure of the allegations, however, rumors make news in Kathmandu and thus we believe it to be so.

If one were to believe Mr. Arjun Gyawali-a political commentator in his own right claims that almost ninety nice percent of the media men in Nepal were “agents” of some foreign powers or say alien inimical forces that obviously includes India.

Needless to say, if Gyawali is speaking the truth then the “most advanced and vibrant media men in this republican order” are associated with the RAW, CIA, Mossad, the ISIS and others and reaping financial benefits.

Going one step further, let’s then imagine that the RAW is now competing with the CIA or for that matter the agents of China in one way or the other.

Nepali intelligence officials draw “monthly salary from the RAW office in Kathmandu, sources say.

The “nationalist” media man who was guessed to have met the RAW Kathmandu chief must have met the RAW Kathmandu boss to blunt the “increasing US influence in Nepal over these weeks and months”.

From Indian angle or say perception, Nepal is India’s fiefdom and thus the US and China are not allowed to expand their roles in Nepali politics.

To recall, three South Block close Indian scholars wrote an comprehensive article, November 15 or 16, 2022, wherein the three Indian so called researcher(s) in a straight forward manner said that “As far as New Delhi is concerned, it would tolerate the US increasing influence in Nepal as long as it is of some benefits to New Delhi or else, New Delhi shall retaliate the US bid to increase its influence in Nepal”.

Our own experience has been that India’s RAW agency has no match in Nepal.

Let’s presume that this Nepali media man-the cleric in effect, may have been summoned by the RAW Chief Bhatnagar and ordered the Nepali media man to negate the increasing of the US and of China’s whack in Nepal.

Its corollary would mean that the RAW chief may have ordered his “confidante” to highlight and magnify the Indian assistance to Nepal in a manner that is worth the “funding to the media man”.

If so then, let’s presume that India is already nervous with the incessant arrival of the important US officials in Kathmandu over these days and weeks.

The visits in series of some high flying US key officials like Victoria Nuland, Samantha Power and now Afreen Akhtar may have sent chilling waves in the spinal cord of New Delhi regime.

Be it known to all and sundry that neither the Chinese nor the US can compete with the RAW penetration and infiltration in Nepali politics.

Not sure but analyst like Ms. Sushsma Acharya openly argues that even the RAW has deep penetration into the Nepal’s military structure.

As per Ms. Acharya, the Nepali media sector is the most corrupt of it all.

If so then why the Nepali media keeps a studied silence as and when India gulps Nepali landmass could be understood.

Strong rumors have it that most of the “broadsheet” dailies in Nepal were serving the Indian regime as “duty bound servants” simply because they have to obey to the commands and the dictates of their alien master which funds the Nepali media outlets.

Of these broadsheets, some are even run by Indian nationals who have migrated from Rajsthan, India.
It is this Indian national reportedly who swings the country’s politics and controls the entire “Nepali administrative structure”.

Anyone who comes in his way is either destroyed or at least damaged for all time to come, claims Ravi Lamichane who was freshly deposed from Nepal’s Home Ministry.

Even the sitting monarch have had to leave the throne because of this media’s overt and covert support awarded to the Indian regime in the year 2006 when the latter decided to do away with the Nepali Royal institution for all time to come simply because it was this establishment which was against the continued and ever expanding Indian hegemony in Nepal.

It is obvious that an Indian national remains true to his motherland and so what this “broadsheet” did while overthrowing the Nepali monarchy under the Indian instructions was a work that this media man did in order to support his mother country’s prime interests.

However, what is puzzling is that scores of Nepali media men too assisted this presumed Indian national in the act of overthrow of King Gyanendra from the Nepali throne.

However, the freshly deposed Home Minister Ravi Lamichane is being chased by the big “12” brothers concluding him as a man elevated in a surprising manner by the lone super Power-the United States.

The presumption of these “all powerful” 12 brothers who are, by the way, taken as an equivalent to His Majesty the King(s) of Nepal have tentatively ordered to harass, torture and push Ravi Lamichane to the wall so that he dares not to compete with the 12 brothers for all time to come in Nepal.

Whether Lamichane is a man elevated by the US or not, however, what is confirmed that Mr. Lamichaney is a man who has returned from the US and over these recent years practicing Journalism in the country.

Lamichaney’s swift elevation to Nepal’s political spectrum through TV journalism was indeed a miracle which may have irritated the vibrant media men-that is the presumed 12 brothers.

Lamichaney’s meteoric rise in Journalism in more ways than one had, let’s admit, left a negative impact upon those 12 Big heads controlling the entire Nepal’s media sector.

They had logical reasons to conclude that “if Ravi Lamichane” is allowe4d to advance unchecked may pose grave danger to their politico-media career.

However, having said this much in favor of Mr. Lamichane, yet we would wish to clarify here is that we at this paper in no way some of Lamichaney’s erratic acts that he has committed in the process of returning from the US back to his home country.

His passport is being investigated and the Nepal police, we are told, is carrying out investigations so as to find whether he has “misused” the Nepali passport while having in possession yet another passport from the US.
Misuse of Passport is taken as a criminal offense in Nepal.

The rest enjoy the “Indian Republic Day” advertisements and celebrate the event as if it was their own “mother’s day”.

And the preacher mentioned in the earlier paragraphs too reportedly survives with the “generous assistance” from the Indian embassy or from the “stipend” received from the RAW Kathmandu quarters.

So the meet of this preacher media man with the RAW man-Mr.

Bhatnagar must have some element of “geo-political rivalry” in between the US, China and the Indian Union in Nepal.

And the competition is for ensuring and securing a sizeable “space” in Nepali politics so that the national politics could be twisted and made suitable to serve their “respective” geo-political interests.

The fact is that over these recent years, the US has, needless to say, trebled its activities in Nepal more so after the approval of the US project-the Millennium Corporation Project-MCC.

Needless to say, the sudden spurt of the US key officials over these weeks and months in Kathmandu, more so after the installation of a Communist government, does speak that the US too will not settle for less than securing a grand space in Nepali politics.

The US which remained almost “dormant” in Nepal appears to have activated its diplomacy in Nepal presumably to match to what the Indians and the Chinese have already in Nepali politics.

However, in our opinion, if the US thinks that it could go along with India in Nepal then it is a detrimental presumption.

Instead, China may compromise with the US influence in Nepal but not India.

It is so because both China and the US understand that at the end of the day and in the long run they both are important and significant to keep the just world order going.

However, India neither is competent enough to keep the world order going nor would wish to indulge in the process, India instead wants only to check China’s increasing influence in the South Asian region and more so in nepal.
So the US is advised not to take India at its face value.

One more tip to the US is to draw conclusions only upon reading a November 16, 2022, article authored by three Indian scholars, Vedant Choudhary Avinav Singh Khatri Sukalpa Chakrabarti wherein these three “South Block” close academicians write, “India welcomes the United States’ engagement with Nepal, as long as such dialogue between Kathmandu and Washington either promotes New Delhi’s interests or promotes the interest of either party without causing harm to New Delhi’s interests in the region”.

The gist of the article is India needs the US in Nepal only to add to the problems of China as China will have to deal with two antagonist powers-the India and the US in Kathmandu.

India also hopes that the US entry into Nepal would divert the attention of China from India which means India is afraid of China and concludes that China may repeat the 1962 insulting defeat.

Its corollary would be that India in one way or the other prefers to use US presence in Nepal so that China remains engaged in Nepali tussle and forgets to “attack” India.

India could never become a reliable partner of the US. It has ulterior motives towards both-China and the US.
Take it for granted that the Indian regime shall not tolerate the US increasing presence in Nepal whose promo is perhaps dominating the current political scene.

The fresh controversy revolving round Rabi Lamichane versus the 12 big media heads perhaps speaks of the impending fierce tussle in between India and the US.

If it so happens ultimately, and it will surely come about so, then China will watch the two “strategic” partners of the QUAD security mechanism fighting with each other in Nepal for securing and ensuring greater space in Nepali political affairs.

The India bend media “mafia” born to serve India will last till Nepal is Sikkimised ultimately.

The Indian foreign secretary came to install his agents as new President of Nepal. Keep on those Indian agents who are to preside over Nepal’s Sikkimisation sooner than later.

Thus the US is advised to assess the Nepali politics and the scale of Indian penetration and then try to secure its space in Nepali politics.

Whosoever bags success in the political race, it is Nepal that awaits defeat for sure.

Yet, Indian interference or for that penetration has no match. Neither the US nor the Chinese can match as these countries have no ill motive towards Nepal. However, India wants to Sikkimise Nepal through its paid and posted agents in Nepal.

No wonder, India has increased investment in Nepal for spying purposes more so for recruiting “Lendhup Dorje(s) so that Nepal’s Sikkimisation is guaranteed this time.

The sure shot remedy is to “deport” the New Delhi trained and indoctrinated Nepali speaking media man who remained instrumental in overthrowing King Gyanendra from the Nepali throne with the support of the “India” paid and posted media men headed presumably by an Indian national as per the Wikipedia. This “imported” media man now is associated with King Gyanendra. This is puzzling indeed.
