Kathmandu: February 23, 2021: Advanced College of Engineering and Management (acem) has signed MoU with Leapfrog Technology Nepal Pvt. Ltd. at the premise of the college today.

Mr. Lochan Lal Amatya, Principal, completed the signing on behalf of acem, alongside Mr. Bijendra Chapagain, Talent Acquisition Lead, on behalf of Leapfrog Technology.

The MoU underlines that both of these organizations are looking forward to this collaboration to prepare the graduates aligned to the developing needs of the industry.

Mr. Amatya expressed that this partnership will be beneficial to students along with the opportunities to acquire knowledge as well as skills through actual construction work experiences.

He also added that it is high time we produce industry-relevant engineering graduates.

Mr. Bijendra Chapagain, President, Leapfrog Technology shared that this partnership will broaden the area of support to the students in order to strengthen students’ learnings and exposure through working on various construction projects.

Mr. Kapil Dev Regmi, Executive Director, acem, suggested that this partnership will promote the effective utilization of the intellectual capabilities of both institutions in mutual interest.

Furthermore, he also added that why academia should collaborate with industries and why it is important to support the competent future engineers within the country capable of contributing to Nepali as well as global market from Nepal itself in the field of ICT.
