Biratnagar: The Association of Former Career Ambassadors of Nepal (AFCAN) paid a courtesy call on the newly appointed Minister for Foreign Affairs Hon Dr Bimala Rai Paudyal at the Nepal’s foreign ministry, says a press note issued by the Chairman of the AFCAN Dr. Ram Bhakta Thakur dated February 22, 2023.
