Kathmandu: Without polishing the words any longer, I wish my valued readers should read as to how this Media man from India has opened his article titled “Maldives row: China the common worrying factor in India’s souring neighborly ties, which puzzles the readers.

The author of this article is Paran Bal Krishnan in the Telegraph online edition (India) dated 12 January, 2024.

Bal Krishnan appears to hail from South India and hence the striking difference.

The opening paragraph of the article reads thus: “Is it impossible for a muscular giant country like India to stay on friendly terms with its tiny neighbors? Is Big Brother syndrome bound to kick in at some stage in the relationship?

My observation is that some Indian media of late, those not belonging to the Godi media clan have begun in earnest realizing that their own country, India’s erratic behavior towards the “tiny” neighbors bring in troubles to India more often than not.

Mark the use of the words, “Impossible”, “muscular giant country like India”, “Big Brother syndrome” generally the Indian media avoids as and when they take up the issue(s) of some countries in the neighborhood that has been experiencing worse of it ties with the Neighbor-India.

I see a grand departure from the old trend that the Indian media opens its article as and when some smaller countries that neighbors India has some friction with India-the giant neighbor that India is.
But not sure, the Bihari and the media from Uttar Pradesh, generally recognized as “Godi media” begin scolding the smaller neighbors and exhibit its long practices “muscular policy” or at times parade “Big Brother” “boss” syndrome as Paran Balkrishnana himself admits.

Let’s cut the story short:

Indian Prime Minister Modi skipped the inaugural ceremony of the new Maldivian President Mohammed Muizzu last November but India chose to send instead Union minister Kiren Rijiju to represent it at the ceremony.

The reason:

The main political difference that we have been told is that Mohammed Muizzu won the election-battle on the anti-India planks and that President Muizzi is a pro-China leader in the Maldives.

Not necessarily, all the nationalist “plank” need to be pro-China as Nepali communists, the fake and the proven thug’s, fight the election on anti-India planks, however, later the voters come to know that it is Indian machination which funds them to create furore against India at times of the election.

Prior to leaving the Chinese soil, President Muizzu also lauded China’s Belt and Road Initiative. At an event held in Fuzhou, he praised the BRI which is a mega infrastructure project that seeks to link East Asia and Europe and broaden China’s economic and political influence. The second shock to India is that a long distance intelligence is Chinese ship is approaching(already approached)the Maldives which may irk the entire QUAD ( US, Australia, Japan and India) which in turn may encourage the US together with other Quad partners pounce upon China. Slowly, China is inching closer to encircling India with Muizzu at its back.In sum, the manner President Muizzu has dared to challenge the regional bully, he is the South Asian hero. The rest of the countries should rally behind him in reviving the PM Modi killed SAARC-the regional body.Recently, the envoys of Pakistan and Sri Lanka have initiated talks on how to revive the dead SAARC.In this connection, Pakistani Ambassador has oficially met the new foreign secretary Madame Seva Lamsal and has appealed her to take the needed initiative in this regard. It is time that India has to be cornered under Muizzu.

In fact the Nepali communists, those who have been operating in Kathmandu, were all created by India and their foster father is India.

India funds these bloodsuckers just to create an illusion that with Communist, Nepal’s sovereignty is safe to which it is, to borrow Imran Khan’s catch phrase, “absolutely not”.

Pseudo Nepali communists are in the payroll of the RAW and draw their monthly salary either from Lainchour Embassy (Indian High Commission) or from Gorakhpur-pension camp, we have been told.

Back to the point:

New Maldivian President has a distinct bend for China so accuses the Bihari and UP’s Godi media-the lapdogs of PM Modi.

However, the perverted Indian media brains, that they are already, have never ever dwelt at length and considered the pains that the smaller countries have been enduing the “muscular”, “Big Brother” and coercive habits or say relentless behavior of the Indian regime that in earnest began right from the first day of India’s gaining conditional independence from the Britishers who kept them as slaves which is what irks and irritates the arrogant, unstable, and undisciplined bureaucrat-elevated Foreign Minister Mr. Japan-Shanker.

India’s missing “soul searching”:

Neither the Indian nationals, including the media men nor the Indian regime ever “soul-searched” as to why the smaller neighbor that unfortunately neighbor India have begun slowly but very steadily hating India ? Why there is an intense hatred increasing against India among the denizens of the country’s that border India?

The Indian regime has failed in its advanced “no reciprocity with neighbors”, “neighborhood first policy” and bla bla bla…

Bumper prize for China by default:

And when the sum result is the unfortunate neighbors forced inching towards China to take a sigh of relief, then India accuses China has been duping the smaller countries …..China is the villain which intends to gulp Pakistan, Nepal, the Maldives and Sri Lanka.

The “China’s debt trap theory” are being circulated with a purpose to malign the countries and China-the India’s rival.

India should understand that China is seen by the unfortunate neighbors of India as a country standing in the neighborhood which may, “at time of need” will jump to safeguard the sovereignty and the integrity of the nation’s bordering India.

India must not have any illusion. China is a must for these coerced, arm-twisted countries to look into at time of crisis.

It is this acute situation created by India that by default brings smaller South Asian nations closer to China. And a willing China thus has entered into South Asian region by default indeed.

So India’s loss is China’s gain.

List of countries that hate India:

Nepal: 

Under PM Matrika Pd. Koirala (a proxy of Indian regime then) allowed several military check posts to station in the Far west-close to India-China border.

Beginning 9 June, 1952, Indian check posts were seen to have entered into Nepal at some 18 points of the Nepalese frontiers in which each check points, 20 to 49 Indian army personnel equipped with arms and communications were deployed.

The India created/nursed/marionette communists used to come into the streets against India, we could understand later.

With the unequal bilateral treaty of 1950 at hand, the Nepali people had to digest the land encroachment and stationing of the Indian military personnel.

It was too much.

Later sitting PM Kirti Nidhi Bista forced the Indian regime to take back the Military personnel.

Finally on April 20, 1969, the issue got settled and Nepal took a sigh of relief.

However, even as of now, the Far Western region is under the control of PM Modi and his repulsive regime. Some say that the area being close to China border, India doesn’t want to yield thus the skirmishes continues.
Servants of PM Modi have no courage to serve a threat loaded warning to India as PM K. N. Bista did.

Pakistan:

Pakistan’s hatred against India has no parallel in the South Asian history. At a time when Iran and Pakistan are at loggerheads and India enjoyed the bombing of Iran inside Pakistan, here is a fresh news that shall further escalate hatred in between the two typical nations.

The news is frightening for India and beyond in that it says that “the Pakistani Air Force has revealed the existence of a hypersonic missile capability noting on social media and in a news release that the weapon is part of a wider modernization effort “to counter evolving threats”.

The threats evolve from India and now it is Iran added.

Usman Ansari writing for the Defense news dated January 18, 2024, further adds quoting the Air Forces that the capability is meant to help create a “potent force and to rebalance the power dynamic in the South Asian region wherein India has an edge”.

Needless to say this news shall in all likelihood irk rival Pakistan and the Godi media as usual cut jokes at Pakistan which is facing financial crunch of late.

India has been creating troubles in Baluchistan and now Iran in tacit understanding with the Indian terror machine is creating skirmishes inside Pak territory.

Interestingly, if Pakistan’s Baloch people separate then the same flock of the people in Afghanistan and Iran may ultimately secede.

So Iran, Afghanistan must understand the gravity of the situation and act and behave accordingly in order to keep intact their respective sovereignty. The entire region shall become unstable.

Some even say that Iran has attacked Pakistan at a time when Iran and Pakistan were having joint drills but yet this incident took place which is being said that Pakistan inching closer to the US is being disliked by Iran.
However, de-escalation has already improved the two neighboring countries and both appear to have reconciled upon the hasty return of Pakistani authorities from DAVOS.

The Pak-armed forces has struck hideouts used by terrorist groups , the Baluch Liberation Army, and Baluch Liberation Front inside Iran in an intelligence based operation, claims Pakistani media sources quoting the Inter Services Public Relations.

Quoting Arif Rafique, Tom O’Conner for the Newsweek writes that ´Neither country seeks to fight an inter-state war on their shared frontier “.

He adds, they face threats of a greater strategic magnitude from elsewhere”.

But where is this elsewhere?

High placed sources claim that Iran attacked Pakistan close on the heels of Indian FM Shankar met with President of Iran.

Several countries in a repulsive tone make jokes at India but yet FM Shankar claims that in the last decade, image of India has considerably increased in the World more so in South Asia.

The fact is that Indian-hatred is geometrically progressing in this part of the world.

Very recently, as the scroll dated January 18 reports, that the European Council and the EU Commission has passed a resolution wherein it is noted that “it urges the EU Council and the EU Commission to call on political leaders in India to “cease making inflammatory statements in order to resolve social conflicts including in Manipur “.The EU Parliament also said there was a need to closely monitor the “worrying situation” in Jammu and Kashmir pertaining to human rights and fundamental freedoms”.

And yet the Indian Minister claims that India is shining in the world. It is just the reverse.

And now Bhutan: The Bhutanese Foreign Minister Tandi Dorje secretly sneaked into Beijing, October 23, 2023, and held talks with China. China and Bhutan have agreed to establish formal diplomatic ties.

India has so far denied this right to its protectorate-Bhutan.

Isn’t it a rebel of Thimpu against India? Certainly it is. But the highly arrogant Indian Minister S. Shanker says “all is well in South Asia” to which it is not.

The Maldives with President Muizzu:

Much has already been said in our last issue of the Maldives who’s new President Mohammed Muizzu has already become a crusader against Indian hegemony.

Upon return from China (Jan-8-13, 2024), President Muizzu told India in no uncertain terms and made a formal request to New Delhi to remove its military personnel stationed in Male for intelligence purposes from the island nation by March 15, 2024.

A perplexed India must have recalled how Nepal too have had set a deadline for removal of the Indian military check posts stationed in Nepal along China border in the West.

Bangladesh’s fresh tight slap on India: 

One doesn’t need to possess intelligent brain to admit that “India out Campaign” in B’desh that has just begun has been inspired or say encouraged by the Maldivian similar India Out movement.

In a way, B’desh is replicating the Crusade against India in Maldives.

The Bangladesh Nationalist Party, the largest opposition party in B’desh, headed by Begum Khaleda Zia and her son Tarique Rehman-the acting Chairman of the BNP, now in exile in London.

The Eurasian writes January 15, 2024, that the master brain of the launching of such a campaign in B’desh is Mr. Rehman who has instructed his party-members and activists to launch and anti-India sentiments in the country which the BNP.

The BNP believes that the Party of Sheikh Hasina Wazed is a proxy of Delhi and that it was Delhi which has once again installed lady Sheikh as B’desh PM.

B’desh nationalists opine that India has never been a friend of B’desh, not even in 1971 when they (India) looted the valuable and made their way to India.

Mr. Tarique Rehman has also suggested his party men to boycott the Indian products.

Concluding remarks: With the increasing hatred in South Asia, India should have no illusion that the country is rated high.

With this, I guess Balakrishnan too has got his answers. In effect he had already answered his queries. That’s all.
