Biratnagar/Kathmandu: An interaction program on bilateral relationship with Korea was organized by the Association of Former Career Ambassadors of Nepal
(AFCAN ), April 11, 2023.
Most of the member- Ambassadors had participated in the program organized to greet the Ambassador from the Republic of Korea.
His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Mr Park Chong- suk highlighted the present political, economic, trade, tourism and employment aspects and insisted on more investment in Nepal as well as suggested to increase more exports to Korea for reducing the trade deficits.
Republic of Korea wants to be an important development partner of Nepal because there are great potential for the economic development.
Welcoming the guest speaker Ambassador Park ,President of AFCAN Dr Rambhakta Thakur has defined the Nepal-Korea friendship as free from tensions based upon mutual respects and benefits.
There were lot of queries from the attending Ambassadors .

On the occasion, previous publications of AFCAN and souvenir was presented to the guest ambassador HE Park Chong- -suk.
