N. P. Upadhyaya; Kathmandu: The India indoctrinated Nepal-Maoist leader Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda a decade back had categorically stated at a Baneshwar public gathering that the “best help from India would be no help at all”.
He was speaking the truth.
He made these fiery observations when he was “unseated” by India under its micro-management scheme ( India’s destabilizing agency the RAW Machinery including obviously) on an issue that had developed in Nepal’s political scene when the sitting Prime Minister Prachanda dared to sack the then Army Chief Rukmangad Katwal and wanted to appoint his preferred army general Mr. Kul Bahadur Khadka.
However, with the regular penetrating intervention of his shelter providers in New Delhi during the fake people’s war days, Prachanda’s plan went to the dogs.
The fact is that the former British colony India has ever taken Nepal as a disciplined-Bahadur- Indian protectorate as the ruling Nepali leaders were mostly under the payroll of the Indian spy agency-the RAW, it is presumed though remains unsubstantiated.
At least this is the impression among the common men in Nepal looking at Nepali leaders’ excessive submission for the Indian Union and its rulers.
The main reason for which the Indian establishment uprooted Nepal’s Royal institution in 2005-6 was in order to export Indian nationals in millions to Nepal and allow the new immigrants from India to receive the valid and legal Nepali citizenship certificates and finally to assimilate this small country through majority votes in a fake referendum and then to control the Nepali politics through India’s preferred Nepali leaders which is what has been happening as of today. It is simply disgusting.
India as of now has been draining money from Nepal to the tune of $ 3, 016 million annually, writes a World Bank Report, April 2018.
The figure could go even higher that the WB report.
The Indian Ambassador posted in Nepal have been the de facto ruler of this beleaguered country since the Royal institution was uprooted by Indian machinery unceremoniously in 2006.
Needless to say, the 2005-6 political movement (which it was not) was a calculated scheme of the Indian regime to take virtual control of Nepal’s politics by installing a fake and namesake Nepali government in Kathmandu whose drivers were in-effect located in Delhi or at best those in Nepal who were having a distinct loyalty for the Indian government.
Those who had been trained and indoctrinated by the Indian RAW agency were definitely in the good book of the Indian establishment, hints Bharat dahal who himself was a Maoists leader. Later Dahal quit the Maoists party as he could see for himself that who controlled Nepal’s Maoists movement. Certainly it was the India’s RAW agency, so claims analyst Dahal in an oblique manner.
Unfortunately some so called mainstream media outlets too reportedly were bought by the Indian regime and when the media is sold then the nation loses its identity and this is what has been happening in Nepal in the recent years more so after the subsidized change of 2005-6.
Shyam Saran bought two prominent journalists of Nepal and made them to land in Delhi secretly and managed Prachanda’s interview with these two journos.
The 12 point agreement that was signed in Delhi in 2005 November by Nepal’s political leaders are the real culprits to have brought this independent and sovereign nation to this pathetic and humiliating state.
Indian hegemony shines in Nepal due to our own collective follies.
Nepal’s land grabbing deed by India commenced right the next day Republic of India came into existence in the year 1947 from the clutches of the British India Company.
Looking at the evil Indian designs on Nepal, many observers in Nepal appeal the British India Company to once again return to rule their former Colony which has been a curse for the entire South Asian region.
Nepal is the worst victim.
In the recent days and years some perverted India’s Hindu leaders who are ruling the country have forcefully used the Nepali landmass to link India with the Mansarovar Lake which is inside China’s Tibet. The road was thus inaugurated on May 8/2020.
And the Nepal government in Kathmandu did not know that the Indian side had been constructing the Link road to Mansarovar Lake in China?
The fact is that the road construction works by India began in 2008, it is said.
Should this mean that Nepal’s intelligence agency has summarily failed? Or the men manning the agency have sold themselves to India? Or the leaders ruling Nepal though knew Indian maneuverings but yet shut their eye lids as per the 12 point agreement drafted by India as back as in 2005-6?
Has the 12 point agreement signed in New Delhi and drafted reportedly by Shyam Saran a binding clause which restricts the Nepali rulers to remain tight lipped as and when India pounces upon Nepal’s independent and sovereign status?
And why China has always been found assisting India as and when the Indian Union gulps Nepali landmass and constructs link roads to China for its bilateral trade?
In 2015, India used Nepal’s Lipulek to enhance bilateral trade with China and now Nepal’s land has forcefully been used by India to link its territory with Mansarovar Lake which is in China’s Tibet.
In both these two events, China was in tacit agreement with India.
Chinese inner motives have suddenly become suspicious in Nepal.
As if it were not enough, only the other day China has begun claiming that Mount Everest lies in its territory to which it is hundred percent not.
The world knows that Mt. Everest falls within Nepal’s territory.
Totalitarian Communist China thus has emerged as a great threat to Nepal than India.
To sum up, Nepal today is flanked by two dangerous devils: India under Hindutva leader Modi in the South and totalitarian communist Xi Jinping China on the North.
If India is a declared enemy then China is a shrewd enemy in friendly garb.
That’s it.
Below is the Nepal government’s weakest press statement made ever which takes note of the road construction that links India with China’s Tibet.
The foreign ministry note doesn’t mention the name of the Issuing ministry’s officials.
So this is how Nepal’s foreign ministry has been operating. Shame on us all. God bless Nepal and its oppressed and alien controlled population.
Telegraph adds: The Indian foreign ministry freshly, May 9/2020 has reiterated through a spokesman that the land claimed by Nepal was India’s since time immemorial.
This means that India remains adamant. God bless Nepal and its bankrupt India tilted leaders. The common men now have enough time to weep and repent for their past follies who voted these defunct leaders to power.

Text Begins:
The Government of Nepal has learnt with regret about the ‘inauguration’ yesterday by India of ‘Link Road’ connecting to Lipu Lekh (Nepal), which passes through Nepali territory.
The Government of Nepal has consistently maintained that as per the Sugauli Treaty (1816), all the territories east of Kali (Mahakali) River, including Limpiyadhura, Kalapani and Lipu Lekh, belong to Nepal. This was reiterated by the Government of Nepal several times in the past and most recently through a diplomatic note addressed to the Government of India dated 20 November 2019 in response to the new political map issued by the latter.
This unilateral act runs against the understanding reached between the two countries including at the level of Prime Ministers that a solution to boundary issues would be sought through negotiation. The Government of Nepal remains committed to seek diplomatic solution to boundary issues on the basis of the historical treaty, documents, facts and maps in keeping with the spirit of close and friendly ties between the two countries.
In light of this development, the Government of Nepal calls upon the Government of India to refrain from carrying out any activity inside the territory of Nepal.
It may be recalled that the Government of Nepal had expressed its disagreement in 2015 through separate diplomatic notes addressed to the governments of both India and China when the two sides agreed to include Lipu Lekh Pass as a bilateral trade route without Nepal’s consent in the Joint Statement issued on 15 May 2015 during the official visit of the Prime Minister of India to China.
The Government of Nepal reemphasizes that pending boundary issues between the two countries should be resolved through diplomatic means. With this in mind, the Government of Nepal has proposed twice the dates for holding the meeting of the Foreign Secretaries of the two countries, as mandated by their leaders, for which the response from the Indian side is still awaited.
It may be noted that the two Governments had constituted the Eminent Persons Group (EPG) on Nepal-India Relations with a mandate to recommend measures and institutional framework with a view to elevating the existing relations to a new height. The Group has concluded its task and prepared a consensus report.
The Government of Nepal is ready to receive the report and believes that it will be in the interest of the two countries to implement its recommendations which will also help address the outstanding issues left by the history, thereby paving the way for ever stronger neighborly relations.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singh Durbar, Kathmandu, 09 May 2020.
