Nepal: Father Koirala defends his decision

TGW

The Nepali Congress President Girija Prasad Koirala is heading to his home town Biratnagar, Morang District, today October 14, 2009.

Koirala family insiders have it that he had decided to leave for Biratnagar after being heavily criticized by the NC leaders for taking solo decision to elevate his own daughter Sujata as the Deputy Prime Minister.

“Koirala too is enraged with the hue and cry being made by the NC leaders of late”, reports quote one of the CC member close to the Koirala coterie as saying.

“I am ready to face all those allegations that are being labelled against me”, Koirala is quoted as saying by the Central Committee member.

Grija Babu had summoned only those CC members who were close to him, at his private residence on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, reports reveal.

He told them point blank that he as the party president has all the rights to elevate anyone in the government from his party.

“Any one dissatisfied with the decision can do whatever he or she wants”, Koirala threatened those who have been objecting Sujata’s elevation as the country’s DPM.

Koirala may leave for Biratnagar any time today, reports conclude.

When the adverse time is very close the wisedom and right sense be impaired. The future of democracy and NC in a great threat out of the acts of leaders.Accepting the much publicised and much talked 12 points agreement by NC,ultimately be proved as a suicidal act to nation and party as well.

It is not a surprise. NC was private organization of Koirala klans, and it will remain as it is until the party will vanish from the political horizon. Koirala klan have been in forefront since the inception of NC, thus, Nepal now in such a miserable situation.

Girija Prasad Koirala can do anything he wishes, elevating Sujata Jost Koirala as DPM or breaking Nepali Congress statute or even kicking out any member from the party. After-all everybody in Nepali Congress are eunches/Hijdas. The party of Hijdas can only dance to the tune of dictator Girija the greed emperor. The party of corrupt Hijdas namely Nepali Congress is close to its last breath. Nepal will grow if Nepali Congress is finally creamated. This party has done enough damage to the nation. No Nepali people want NC to be survived for more. Bishal Shah bishalshah@yahoo.com
