Narayan Kaji Shrestha alias Prakash, once of the vice chairmen of the Unified Maoists party addressing a program in Bharatpur of Chitwan, November 8, 2009, has said that if the demands of the Maoists’ Party were not to be met with, the party was in all likelihood declare the formation of several parallel governments.
“We did not withdraw the program as per the diktats of the foreign Gods, if necessary, we will declare parallel governments in the country”, said Prakash.
The Program was organized by Revolutionary Students Organization in Rampur Campus.
Mr. Shrestha however ridiculed the idea that the Maoists’ party had withdrawn the protest program to declare formation of Autonomous Federal States and Airport Gherao as pressurized by a select group of foreigners based in Kathmandu.
He clarified that the ongoing agitation will stop only after restoration of Civilian Supremacy in the country.
“This is our party’s bottom-line”, concluded Narayan Kaji.

What is yuor Civilian Supremacy? What we understand is: Power for you at any cost, Get the allowance but obstruct the const. assembly which is in fact the supreme council in Nepal for the time being, forcefully collect the donations ie, capture of 8 buses in Kavre, attack on leaders and activists of other parties, loot the properties of people ?????? Better go and work in a slughter house, and cut buffalo.
