High level Body will be forced to change Nepal Government: Sharma

TGW

The Unified Maoists’ Party has said that unless current government led by CA election twice defeated Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal is in office, the Constitution Drafting Process and Peace Process will never see its much awaited logical end.

Dina Nath Sharma, a senior United Maoists’ party leader said on Sunday, February 7, 2010, while addressing a press gathering in Kathmandu that his party will some how or the other compel the High Level Political Mechanism to take decision to change the government.

He also made it clear that this party was trying to form a government under its own leadership.

“We are of the opinion that tenure of the Constituent Assembly must be extended at least by a year period to draft the constitution,” he also told journalists.

This does mean that Mr. Sharma now has no illusion that the constitution could not be drafted on time as stated and thus he demands further one year extension of the CA body wherein white elephants loiter at time of pocketing monthly salaries.

Bational burden that these elephants are.

“There is the conspiracy to revive Constitution of 1990”, said Sharma adding, “The expression that integration of the two armies should be completed prior to constitution drafting is nothing but the reactionary mindset.”
