Kathmandu: The Indian media largely controlled by the South Block and the Research Analysis Wing were upbeat last fortnight with the “concocted” news that the Russian Federation has very freshly scolded Pakistan for its proximity with the Afghani-Talibans who had captured the seat of the Afghani government last month.
It even reported that President Putin apparently scolded PM Imran Khan on issues pertaining to the Talibani takeover of Afghanistan with the lightning speed.
The Indian media largely funded and verbalized by the Prime Minister’s office even went on to say that Vladimir Putin in clear terms had told Imran Khan that its intimacy with the Talibs could not be tolerated as the Talibs were as good as terrorists and their ascendance to power in Kabul bodes ill for the entire region whose impact could also approach the Russian Federation.
Mind it that Russian Federation is the one which has met the insurgents Talibs right in Moscow, if one were to recall.
If Afghani-Talibans were terrorists then why for the Russia led format including China, the US and Pakistan (the Troika Plus) had held peace talks with them in Doha just a few days ahead of the Talibani takeover of Kabul on August 15?
The talks with the terrorists could have been strictly avoided.
In fact, the non-inclusion of the Indian regime in the Troika Plus mechanism left India completely isolated on Afghanistan’s unfolding affairs which is what has made the Indian machinery to go disturbed mentally.
Thus the Indian outburst was logical on psychological reasons.
The Indian stance is that President Ghani’s corrupt set up should have continued in Afghanistan and its diplomatic missions should have been allowed to function along the porous border with Pakistan so that India could create chaos and pandemonium inside the Pakistan territory as usual.
If so would have kept engaged Indian spies like Kul Bhushan Yadav along the border.
The Taliban(s) are not the preferred choice of Indian Hindutva clique, as it has become evident now the manner the Afghani-Talibs are being chased and accused by the Hindu terrorist Modi’s regime in India.
However, but the undeniable fact is also that the Talibs who have taken control of Kabul-the seat of Afghanistan government were the choice of the Afghani people and that what the domestic population prefers is or should be the choice of the friendly political entities that necessarily involves Pakistan and other friendly countries.
The Indian media, as usual, tried to depict last week that since Putin and Khan were not in speaking terms and that is why the approaching “military drill” to be hosted by the Russians in the near future had no invitation for Pakistan.
The media claimed that Putin intentionally ignored Pakistan for military drill “Zapad” (means West-Drill) for the latter’s intimate ties with the Afghani-Talibs.
The Drill has by this time concluded.
Writes Bhadra Kumar in an article in the News Click dated August 29 which amply sums up the Indian desperation on Afghan’s new affairs and states that “Modi’s call with Putin was a desperate attempt to mitigate India’s regional isolation”.
Kumar then writes further that “The Indian establishment media hyped up Prime Minister Modi’s call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on August 24 in a desperate attempt to distract attention from Delhi’s abject seclusion over the Afghanistan situation”.
Kumar who is himself in the Indian government’s selected Think Tank net has dared to write the Indian nervousness then the rest is any body’s guess to conclude India’s miserable isolation from the new Afghani affairs.
This speaks then of the cracks developed in the Modi’s funded think Tank net as well. This is encouraging news for South Asia.
India has been shown its surface. The fact is that the Talibs now in Kabul love to hate the Indian establishment for a variety of political reasons the prime being President Ghani importing lethal weapons to crush the advancing Talibs this August.
An Al Jazeera news report claims that “shortly after Taliban took over Kabul, the BJP politician Ram Madhav called the 1921 Moplah rebellion one of the first manifestations of a “Talibani mentality” in India, and that the state government of Kerala was trying to “whitewash” it.
Ram Madhav is the same Indian pimp- close to a hooligan, who visits Nepal to tame his Nepali servants on a regular basis.
Madhav was recently in Kathmandu coinciding the timing when the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Vice Chairman Ms. Fatima Sumar was in Kathmandu.
However, this time the paid and posted Indian media with Nepali face in Kathmandu did not dare to highlight the coming of gangster Madhav but the Indian scoundrel did his job, it has been reported in a section of Nepali media.
But what was his job in Nepal remains yet unknown.
It is these Ram Madhavs, Raghavs, Domes, Chamars, Chouthaiwalas, Tripathis, Pani pooriwalas, Kabadi Walas, father Sarans, Yechurys, RAW-walas, Godis and Munis from India who have damaged Nepal over these years-the years of Indian domination and dictates. These Indians are taken in Nepal as ruffians.
Now, with Ghani out of power, the U.S. withdrawing and the Taliban taking over, India is one of the countries that may stand to lose the most.
India is feeling the Himalayan insult of being isolated in Afghani affairs as it unfolds now.
Political analysts C. Raja Mohan wrote on August 25 last month that “It is Pakistan’s moment of triumph in Afghanistan”.
Saying in plain diplomatic linguistic, the unceremonious but much awaited grand departure of India from Afghanistan is Pakistan’s victory in many ways.
Pakistanis have reasons to revel but with caution as how the Talibs in power behave remains yet to be seen.
But the Pakistani victory is by default for sure.
Raja Mohan sums up why Indian consulates packed from Afghanistan when the Talibans had begun advancing towards Kabul with the lightning speed.
The Godi gold-digging media has yet to write as to why the Indian Consulates (serving diplomats as well) have had to pack from Afghanistan in rapidity? The untold story has been that India’s consulate offices which were deliberately established close to the Ag-Pak leaky border which allowed the Indian RAW machinery to create chaos and instability inside Pakistan. The Talibans were in full knowledge about the Indian tomfoolery.
As regards President Putin’s displeasure with PM Khan, the entire story stands false against the backdrop of President Putin and Khan making a telephonic conversation with each other wherein both reportedly talked at length on the unfolding events in Afghanistan more so after the Talibani takeover of Kabul on August 15, last month.
Putin answered to India’s disinformation against Pakistan by talking to PM Khan over phone.
As per the Dawn newspaper dated September 14, PM Khan and President Vladimir Putin exchanged views on the latest developments in Afghanistan and bilateral cooperation in a phone call in the recent days which is the second between the two leaders in less than a month”.
This explains the Indian media’s “dis-information” campaign against Pakistan and to some extent against Russian Federation as well.
The fact is instead the Russian Federation is against India for the latter’s joining the US led Quad which as per Russia is a security Block.
Over phone, PM Khan underscored the importance of peace and stability in Afghanistan for regional security and prosperity. Khan emphasized the urgent need for provision of humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan and the imperatives of averting an economic crisis”.
Khan emphasized, during his talks with President Putin, September 14, the need for the international community to remain engaged in Afghanistan. Khan stressed that the Afghani people should not be abandoned at this crucial juncture”.
Recalling their earlier telephone conversation of August 25, the two leaders (Putin and Khan) also discussed collaboration within the domain of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
“While exchanging views on the situation in Afghanistan, both parties voiced their interest in coordinating both countries’ approaches for the sake of stabilizing it,” read a brief Russian statement that referred to the talk of President Putin with PM Khan.
This explains that Putin and PM Khan are close to each other through telephonic contacts on matters unfolding in Afghanistan.
The Indian deceit stands exposed.
That the Russian Federation, China and Pakistan are on the same page on issues unfolding in Afghanistan came to the fore at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meet in Dushanbe, Kazakhstan, September 16, 2021, when the Foreign Ministers of the Russian Federation, the People’s Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran met on the margins of the SCO and CSTO ( Collective Security Treaty Organization) summits in Dushanbe to discuss the situation in Afghanistan.
A Chinese embassy news portal in Kathmandu says that “the Ministers reaffirmed their intention to promote peace, security and stability in Afghanistan and in the region as a whole”.
The Ministers emphasized that the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Afghanistan should be respected, the basic principle of “Afghan-led, Afghan-owned” should be implemented, and the rights to pursue peace, stability, development and prosperity by the Afghan people should be maintained.
The Chinese embassy portal in Kathmandu further states that Iran, China, Pakistan and Russia stressed the importance of engaging those states which should bear primary responsibility for post-conflict socio-economic reconstruction in Afghanistan, and should provide Afghanistan with urgently needed economic, livelihood and humanitarian assistance.
The four countries noted the need to conclude national reconciliation in Afghanistan, resulting in an inclusive government that takes into account the interests of all ethno-political forces of the country.
This does mean that the Dushanbe meet brought together Russia, China, Iran and Pakistan-the countries considered to be the real stakeholders in Afghanistan.
To recall, Russia, China and Pakistan are the countries that had comprised the Troika Plus which had held round of talks with the Afghani Talibans.
What is of utmost importance and noteworthy in the new Afghani context is that Russia’s Ambassador to Afghanistan has praised the conduct of the Taliban in the days since its takeover, saying there was no alternative to the hardline group and resistance to it would fail.
According to Al Jazeera dated August 20, 2021, the Ambassador Dmitry Zhirnov made such hair raising comments on 20 August, 2021, that reflect efforts by Russia to deepen already well-established ties with the Taliban while stopping short, for now, of recognizing them as the legitimate rulers of a country Moscow tried and failed to control before the Soviet Union withdrew its last forces in 1989.
Nepali observers claim that the countries that comprised the Troika Plus (China, Russia, the US and Pakistan) have already met and held talks with the Afghani-Talibs and thus this meet amounts to some sort of official recognition to the Talibs who are in the seat of Kabul.
India has reasons to lament in leisure for having driven from Afghanistan. That’s all.
